Wet Weather Procedures - Weekend Games

The phone lines below are wet weather lines for each local council within the St George Association. Click HERE for a list of grounds and their corresponding council.

When wet weather is present, council announcements are generally updated by 4pm Friday afternoon regarding suitability of play for the coming weekend. All attempts will be made to update the SSFC web site with the most current information but please use the council hotline for the latest ground status.

There will be occasions when only a selection of grounds are closed during the weekend so some games may be re-scheduled or moved to another suitable venue. Therefore it is important in this instance to refer to the St George Association web site for any late venue changes and the most current information.

IMPORTANT: The SSFC web site may not have the most current information in regards to wet weather changes.

Wet Weather - Training Days

If Kogarah sporting fields are closed there is to be no training conducted on Claydon Reserve. NO EXCEPTIONS thank you.

Match Sheet Procedure

ALL completed match sheets must be returned to the Claydon Reserve canteen by 5pm game day regardless of whether are playing home or away. Should the canteen be closed you can drop them in the slot near the canteen door marked "Team Sheets".

Please keep in mind that fines are imposed on the club for any LATE match sheets or those that are not completed correctly or in full. Please refer to the RTO Handbook for detailed information on completing match sheets.

Late match sheets also mean someone has to collect them in their own time to hand deliver them to the association. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Match Results Procedure - Competiton Games Only

At the conclusion of each game you MUST SMS your result to 0410 220 997 urgently. It is imperative you put the age group/grade and the result. For example SSFC Under 13A won 3-1 against Forest Rangers.

This is very important to ensure results are accurate and can be updated quickly in the competition tables.
