Section 1 - Player Registration
Step 1 - Complete Player Registration Forms
Players must print and complete ALL FOUR forms below. Then take the completed forms with you on registration day. Please note form 4 (Code of Conduct form has just been made available).
- Click here to go to the 2010 FFA Player Registration Form. Existing players can print and complete in advance to save time at the registration office. NEW players must complete an original (triplicate) form on registration day.
- Click here for the 2010 Insurance Form. This must be signed and completed with player registration form.
- Click here for SSFC receipt and history form. This must be signed and completed with player registration form.
- Click here for the Player Code of Conduct Form. NOTE: If players under 18 years of age this must be signed by parent or guardian.
Step 2 - Making a Payment
To save time this season we have introduced a pre-registration option which is available to all existing players. Players have the option to pay in advance by either credit card or bank account and use the express lane at registration.
Credit Card
Use the payment link on this web site to make a payment via credit card only. This will direct you to a Pay Pal web site where you will be required to enter the necessary details for payment. This option is secure and will provide you with confirmation and a receipt at the end of the transaction.

Direct Deposit
You can also pay using direct EFT via your own bank web site. You must complete the exact details below when making payment to SSFC. This option will also provide you with a confirmation and receipt at the end of the transaction.

Step 3 - Making a Payment on the Day
EFT, Credit Card, Cheque and Cash are all available on the day. However we strongly encourage payment in advance to avoid any unnecessary delays caused EFT machines or laptops are in use.
Section 2 - RTO Registration Forms
There are three forms that Registered Team Officials (RTO) need to complete which are found below. These forms are compulsory for all coaches, managers and club officials. Please PRINT and complete the necessary details.
You must also bring current id and a photo will be taken on the day of registration.
